The latest version is made from a sustainable, bio-based material that offers a softer and more flexible feel than its predecessor. The fit is roomy enough to allow insulating layers underneath, and both internal and external storm flaps protect the zip against the elements. The fastening mechanisms are designed for easy use with mittens, and exposed areas are reinforced with Duracoat™ for increased durability.

On the inside, an elasticated snow skirt with a silicone edge keeps the jacket in place and provides good protection during movement. When combined with the Freke Salopette, it forms a complete expedition outfit. The jacket is made from 3-layer Cutan® Super Stretch fabric and is entirely free from fluorocarbons.
