Terms of Sale
These terms of sale apply to all purchases made on jobbogfritid.no. By confirming an order, you accept the terms as described below. Last updated: April 2026
1. Seller

2. Prices
All prices in the online shop are stated in Norwegian kroner and include value added tax (25%), unless explicitly stated otherwise. The price displayed at the time of ordering is the price that applies to the purchase.
Should an obvious error occur in the pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will in such cases be contacted as soon as possible.
3. Ordering and entering into a contract
A binding purchase agreement is considered entered into once we have sent a written order confirmation to the customer's stated e-mail address. We reserve the right to decline orders, for example in cases of insufficient stock or suspected misuse.
4. Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering, and we offer the following payment methods:
- Vipps — for private customers
- Card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, via Stripe
- Klarna — pay in instalments, pay later or pay immediately
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Invoice via EHF — for approved business customers only, with a 14-day payment term. E-mail invoice is used only where EHF is not available.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are shown on the Shipping and delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. See the Returns and exchanges page for the procedure and conditions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products with a broken seal for hygiene reasons, such as underwear and swimwear
- Products that have been customised or personalised
- Business purchases (B2B), which are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and not by the Right of Withdrawal Act

8. Business purchases
The Sale of Goods Act applies to business customers. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. In the event of non-payment, late payment interest will accrue in accordance with the Late Payment Interest Act, along with reminder fees at the applicable rates.
9. Disputes
Any disputes between a customer and Jobb og Fritid AS shall in the first instance be sought to be resolved amicably. Should the parties fail to reach agreement, the matter shall be determined by Nord-Troms tingrett as the court of jurisdiction.
Consumer customers may also contact Forbrukertilsynet or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution portal (ODR) for dispute resolution.
10. Changes to the terms of sale
We reserve the right to update these terms of sale as necessary, for example in response to changes in legislation or our services. The current version is published on this page, with an updated date at the top. Orders are always governed by the terms that were in force at the time of ordering.
