Rab Valiance Jacket in the colour Gxb Galaxy Blue is a warm and waterproof down jacket developed for everyday use, winter outings and outdoor activities during the coldest months of the year. The combination of effective down insulation and solid weather protection makes the jacket well suited when winter brings rain, snow, wind and low temperatures.

The jacket is insulated with 700 fill power down, distributed across low-profile, through-sewn down chambers that provide good warmth without unnecessary bulk. A synthetically insulated warm collar around the neck helps to retain extra heat when temperatures drop.

The outer fabric in two-layer Pertex® Shield provides waterproof and windproof protection in demanding winter conditions. The YKK® VISLON® AquaGuard® zip at the front features an insulated inner wind flap for additional protection against cold and moisture. The adjustable hood can be customised at two points for a closer and more protective fit. Soft, elastic inner cuffs reduce cold draughts around the wrists, while the hem can be adjusted from both sides to keep warmth in.

Two zipped hand pockets feature insulating panels at the front for extra warmth for cold hands, and an internal security pocket with zip provides safe storage for valuables. The regular fit and slightly longer cut offer good coverage and room for extra layers underneath. The construction has been further developed with easier repair and longer service life in mind.
