A more robust 80D material across the shoulders and sleeves withstands repeated abrasion from rucksacks and climbing equipment, while a lighter 40D fabric around the body offers improved breathability, greater freedom of movement and reduced weight.

The jacket features a helmet-compatible hood that can be easily adjusted with one hand, offering reliable protection in exposed terrain. The two-way YKK® VISLON® AquaGuard® zip on the front is waterproof and is complemented by a fleece-lined chin guard for added comfort. Several practical pockets provide ample storage space both internally and externally, and an integrated RECCO® reflector contributes to increased safety in the mountains.

To keep out weather and draughts, the jacket has an adjustable hem and wide Velcro adjustments on the cuffs.
