Arc'teryx Beta SV Jacket is a versatile and robust shell jacket built for demanding mountain weather. It is constructed with GORE-TEX PRO ePE, a durable and PFAS-free material that provides reliable protection against rain, snow and strong wind, while keeping the jacket lightweight and highly breathable. The light MICRO-GRID interior lining increases comfort and reduces friction against mid-layers.

The jacket is tailored for activities such as high-altitude mountain touring and climbing in cold conditions. The two-way zip gives easy access to both a climbing harness and a hip belt, while the helmet-compatible StormHood provides full coverage without reducing visibility. The two hand pockets are positioned high so they remain accessible when wearing a harness or pack, and a chest pocket, an internal chest pocket and an internal dump pocket offer flexible storage.

Long underarm ventilation zips allow rapid airing during activity, and the adjustable Velcro-closure cuffs keep out weather and snow. The hem can be cinched on both sides to prevent draughts and achieve a more tailored fit.

The jacket is treated with FC0 DWR, a water-repellent finish free from added PFAS, and contains materials that meet bluesign® standards. For added safety in the winter mountains, the jacket is equipped with a RECCO® reflector, which can help make you detectable in emergency situations.
