Patagonia W's Classic Retro-X Jacket is a modern reinterpretation of an icon that has been beloved for decades. The jacket is made from soft Retro-X fleece constructed from 100% REPREVE® recycled polyester, certified by OceanCycle and sourced from coastal communities where plastic pollution poses a significant threat. The result is a sustainable version of the classic Retro-X style, known for its wind-resistant warmth and distinctive look.

This updated version features a slightly more relaxed fit, extra-soft fleece on the inside of the collar, and a pocket design inspired by the early 2000s. This gives a nostalgic feel with modern comfort. A full-length front zip combined with an internal windflap provides good protection on cool days, and the jacket has a taffeta lining that sits smoothly and comfortably against the body.

On the left chest sits a practical zip pocket made from NetPlus® nylon faille, produced from recycled fishing nets to reduce plastic in the ocean. The two hand warmer pockets have zips and are lined with brushed, recycled polyester for a soft and warm feel. The collar is lined with fleece for added comfort, while the exterior and edges are reinforced with NetPlus® for increased durability. The jacket has a hip-length cut that makes it versatile for everyday use and gives it a timeless appearance.
