Patagonia R1 Air Jacket is a lightweight, technical fleece jacket developed for high-intensity activities in cool conditions. It combines effective moisture transport, good breathability and low weight, making it an excellent mid-layer for mountain touring, skiing and other active outdoor pursuits, or as an outer layer on milder days.

The jacket is made from 100% recycled polyester with a jacquard-knit hollow-fibre construction that wicks moisture away from the body and dries quickly. The distinctive zigzag pattern promotes good air circulation, while the fabric delivers effective warmth relative to its weight. The lightweight construction also packs down small in a pack.

Offset shoulder seams reduce the risk of chafing and improve comfort when wearing a rucksack. A zippered chest pocket and two front pockets provide practical storage without adding unnecessary bulk. Quick-drying binding around the cuffs and hem contributes to a good fit and increased durability.

The close-fitting cut makes the jacket easy to use in a layering system, while the full-length zip allows flexible temperature regulation. The product is made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
