Norrøna falketind warm1 Active Jacket is one of the most breathable and quick-drying mid-layers in its category. The jacket is developed for mountain climbing, but its performance makes it equally well suited to high-intensity activities such as trail running, ski touring and all-round outdoor sport. The lightweight construction provides efficient ventilation, keeping the body at a steady temperature even during intense activity.

To achieve the right balance between warmth, weight and durability, the jacket is made with lightweight warm1 materials. The main fabric consists of an airy fleece in 100% recycled polyester at 110 g/m², delivering effective warmth without added bulk. Used in combination is a lightweight, single-knit grid fleece with high elasticity, made from 92% recycled polyester and 8% elastane. Both materials are Bluesign- and GRS-certified for responsible production, and the entire garment is treated with HeiQ Fresh FFL to reduce odour with repeated use.

The design is thoroughly considered with comfort and freedom of movement in mind. A comfortable collar free from chafing and a zip with chin guard provide extra comfort, while a chest pocket and two centrally placed pockets allow access to storage without unnecessary bulk. The side panels are made from a more flexible material that reduces volume and increases mobility, and gussets under the arms contribute to a natural, unhindered arm movement. Elasticated cuffs with thumb loops, together with articulated sleeves and a slightly extended back, give the jacket a functional character that makes it highly versatile in demanding terrain.
