The insulation dries quickly in damp conditions and is strategically placed to regulate temperature and retain warmth where it is needed most.

The Pertex® Quantum Air shell balances breathability with protection against wind and weather, making the jacket ideal for everything from alpine ascents to breaks in blowing snow. The two-way zip gives easy access to a climbing harness, while the helmet-compatible hood with a stiffened brim shields the face from the elements. Adjustable cuffs work well with gloves and keep out snow and wind, and the articulated sleeves ensure the jacket stays in place even with arms raised overhead.

At the back of the jacket there is a dual adjustment system that is easy to operate with mittens, and the pockets – both on the chest and at the hips – are positioned so they remain easily accessible even mid-climb.
