Patagonia M's Light & Variable Jacket is a lightweight and packable wind jacket developed for changeable weather and active days outdoors. It provides effective protection against wind and light precipitation, while being easy to bring along anywhere.

The jacket is made from 100% recycled polyester with windproof and water-repellent properties. Its low weight and flexible construction make it simple to wear as an outer layer or to combine with multiple layers underneath. When not in use, it can be packed into its own chest pocket for compact storage in a rucksack or bag.

The fitted hood is constructed in three panels and features an elasticated edge that keeps the wind out. The front zip is equipped with a wind flap for extra protection, and the hem can be adjusted with a drawcord for a better fit and increased weather protection.

The sleeves are designed with articulated Y-joints for good freedom of movement, and elasticated cuffs provide comfort and a closer fit around the wrists. The jacket has two side pockets as well as a zip chest pocket.
