Osprey Duro/Dyna LT Belt is a light and minimalist running belt for short training runs and races, where you want to carry the essentials without holding them in your hand or carrying them on your shoulders. The belt has a unisex size and an airy airmesh that sits close to the body for a stable, bounce-free fit.

The pockets are thoughtfully distributed: a zip pocket on the left side for keys, cards and cash, an open drop-in pocket on the right side for items you need quickly, and a large stretch pocket at the back for gloves or a light windshell. A removable bungee system can secure trekking poles or an extra layer.

The wide, adjustable strap features a large, glove-friendly buckle, and reflective graphics make you more visible in the dark. The fabric is bluesign-approved and made from 100% recycled nylon. Hand wash in cold water.
