Raide LF 5L is Raide's first running vest – an ultralight 5-litre vest built for trail and demanding mountain terrain. A tension system connects the chest buckles directly to the bottle pockets, so the vest pulls tight against the body and keeps the bottles completely stable without bouncing, regardless of how full the vest is. The base is made from 100 % Dyneema® mesh, an exceptionally strong and lightweight material that breathes well and maintains tension under load.

The vest holds up to 3 litres of liquid: two included 600 ml Hydrapak bottles with lockable caps at the front, plus room for two additional bottles at the back. It features an integrated pole attachment on both sides with no external fixings, and an ice axe attachment on the right side with a zip outlet and cord pull that lets you carry and retrieve the axe without removing the vest.

Pockets include front pockets, a zip pocket that fits a large phone, under-arm pockets, back pockets, and a large pass-through pocket for shell garments and equipment, as well as an internal zip compartment with silicone dots to keep gear in place. Medium weighs just approx. 163 g. Available in sizes XS–XL.
