Patagonia Women's R1 Air Vest is a lightweight, technical fleece vest developed for activities in cool conditions. It combines good warmth with high breathability and effective moisture transport, making it well suited to hiking, skiing, outdoor pursuits and other activities where intensity varies.

The vest is made from 100% recycled polyester in a jacquard-knit fleece with hollow-fibre yarn. The characteristic zigzag structure creates good air circulation, wicks moisture away from the body and dries quickly. The construction simultaneously provides effective insulation at low weight and with minimal bulk.

The close-fitting cut makes the vest straightforward to use as part of a layering system, while the full-length zip allows flexible temperature regulation. Offset shoulder seams reduce the risk of chafing and improve comfort when the garment is worn with a rucksack.

A chest pocket and two front zip pockets offer practical storage without adding unnecessary volume. Soft, quick-drying binding around the armholes and hem contributes to a comfortable and stable fit.

Weighing approximately 204 grams, the vest compresses easily and can be packed into a rucksack whenever extra insulation may be needed. The product is made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
