Norrøna Trollveggen Dri2 Down800 Zip Hood M's in the colour Caviar Black is a highly warm, durable and protective down jacket for men, developed for belaying, climbing and mountaineering in cold and wet conditions. The technical construction makes the jacket well suited to demanding winter adventures, and it also functions as a powerful insulating layer for ski touring and other outdoor activities.

The outer fabric combines 94% recycled 40D nylon with 6% Vectran ripstop for high abrasion resistance. Norrøna's dri2 hydrophilic PU membrane provides waterproof and breathable protection with a water column of 20,000 mm, and the outer fabric also features a C0 DWR treatment.

The primary insulation consists of 350 grams of 800 fill power grey duck down with ExpeDry finish (size L). The box-wall construction distributes the down effectively and reduces cold bridges. On particularly exposed areas such as the shoulders, elbows, cuffs and the lower back, synthetic thermo80 and thermo160 insulation from Pinneco Mantle B is used in addition.

The helmet-compatible hood provides good protection in demanding weather, while anatomically shaped sleeves ensure good mobility during climbing. Elastic cuffs with close-fitting stretch inner cuffs help keep out cold and moisture. The jacket features an extended back section and adjustment around the entire hem, which can be operated from the pockets.

Pockets include a Napoleon pocket, two hand pockets and two large internal stretch pockets, providing ample space for gloves and other equipment. The technical fit is designed for demanding activity and use alongside other mountain equipment.
