Norrøna Femund Mid Cotton Pants Men's is the lightest cotton trouser in the femund range, developed for varied outdoor activities, hiking and everyday use. The trousers have a relaxed character that makes them equally suited to bouldering and vertical activities as to urban environments. During development they were referred to as "The Bouldering Pants", precisely because they combine comfort, flexibility and functionality in one single model.

The fabric consists of a durable and comfortable blend of 63% organic cotton, 34% recycled nylon and 3% elastane. This composition provides 2-way stretch and a peached finish that feels softer against the skin. The trousers feature a PFAS-free water-repellent treatment, and the fabric is both Bluesign- and GRS-certified for responsible production. The stretch and cotton-rich feel make the trousers supple to wear, while still withstanding rough outdoor use.

The construction is designed to provide maximum comfort in movement. An elasticated waistband with internal webbing and a buckle ensures a secure fit without feeling restrictive, and a gusset in the crotch contributes to good freedom of movement during climbing or hiking in steep terrain. The trousers have two open hand pockets, a zip pocket for secure storage and two patch back pockets. The hem has no adjustment and no pleating at the knee, so the leg length can easily be adapted to suit the intended use.
