Norrøna Falketind Light MerinoUll Socks are lightweight and thin outdoor socks developed for mountaineering and active outdoor use throughout the year. The low weight and effective moisture transport also make them well suited to hiking, everyday leisure use, and other activities where comfort and temperature regulation are important.

The socks are made from a carefully considered blend of 51 % merino wool, 34 % nylon, 13 % multifilament nylon, and 2 % elastane. The merino wool contributes to natural temperature regulation, retains body heat, and wicks moisture away from the skin. It also has natural odour-reducing properties. The nylon fibres provide increased durability without adding unnecessary weight, while also supporting efficient moisture transport and quick drying. A small proportion of elastane provides the necessary stretch and ensures the socks stay securely in place on the foot.

The mid-length height is designed for use with mountain and hiking boots. The combination of merino wool and synthetic fibres delivers a good balance between warmth, comfort, durability, and moisture transport.
