The right sock is more important than many people realise – it can make the difference between a comfortable and an uncomfortable trip. At Jobb og Fritid you will find men's socks from several brands.
We stock hiking socks, training socks, winter socks and everyday socks. Many are made from merino wool, which regulates temperature and prevents odour.
For mountain hiking: thin to medium merino wool with reinforcements. For winter boots: thick wool sock with extra cushioning. For running: thin technical sock with no disruptive seams. For everyday use and cabin trips: soft wool socks.
A good pair of shoes can make the difference between a comfortable and an uncomfortable day outdoors. We recommend trying shoes on with the same type of sock you intend to wear, and make sure there is a little room in front of the toes – particularly important on long trips in uneven terrain. Feel free to ask us for help with fitting.
