Carhartt 106674 is a classic and robust winter coat built to retain warmth when the cold truly bites. It is made from Carhartt's well-known heavyweight firm-hand duck canvas of 12 oz (407 g/m²) in 100% cotton – a durable, wind-resistant material that improves with the years. The coat is rated Warmth Level 3, the warmest class, and is constructed for high thermal insulation in demanding cold.

Inside, the coat is lined with arctic-weight 100% polyester insulation, the warmest insulation Carhartt offers, and a quilted nylon lining makes it easy to put on and take off. The stitched bi-swing back and stitched elbows provide extra freedom of movement across the shoulders and arms – important during physical work or outdoor activity.

The collar is trimmed with corduroy and features concealed press studs for attaching an optional hood. The two-way brass zip at the front is fitted with a storm flap and hook-and-loop closure, and interior rib-knit cuffs with ergonomically shaped sleeve straps close effectively around the wrist.
