Montura OPERATOR CONVERT Jacket is a durable and highly functional unisex jacket developed for professionals who need maximum visibility, flexibility and quick access to equipment during demanding rescue operations. It is made from robust polyester fabric with high abrasion resistance, and combines contrast mesh and segmented reflectors for optimal visibility in mountain terrain, forest environments and during helicopter operations.

The jacket is packed with practical solutions that improve workflow efficiency: zip pockets, scissors/secateur pockets, a chest pocket with radio opening, and sleeve pockets with antenna opening. An elasticated PTT loop on the chest allows you to secure the radio safely and within easy reach.

The elasticated collar and hem keep the jacket stable during movement. Detachable sleeves allow the jacket to be converted into a vest – ideal when the temperature rises or when greater freedom of movement is required. Velcro openings on the chest make it possible to attach a harness or chest plate without the garment getting in the way.
