Exped MultiMat Trio is a multifunctional mat suited to a wide range of uses, whether on a hiking trip, in camp, or on day outings. It works equally well as a picnic mat, a groundsheet in a tent, extra protection in a canoe, or as a lightweight sleeping pad when needed. The mats can be clipped together side by side for a larger surface, or folded double for improved insulation against cold and damp ground.

The construction combines waterproof EVA foam with durable, quick-drying 40D ripstop nylon, providing good durability and comfort across varied use. Practical corner loops make it easy to anchor the mat or use it as temporary weather protection. It creates a dry and comfortable base in camp, protects gear from the ground, and establishes a clean zone in the tent. When not in use, it packs down compactly and is easy to carry in a rucksack or canoe.
