Patagonia Quandary Hiking Shorts are made for comfort and freedom of movement on the trail, with a modern fit and a slightly higher waist than the Quandary Pants. The shorts are made from 96% NetPlus® recycled nylon sourced from reclaimed fishing nets, combined with 4% elastane for good stretch. The fabric features a durable water-repellent finish with no added PFAS and handles light moisture well.

The fabric is lightweight and technical, moves with the body and helps reduce plastic pollution in the ocean. The waistband is equipped with belt loops, a zip fly, a metal button and a hidden drawcord for easy fit adjustment.

For storage there are two spacious front pockets and two back pockets, along with a reinforced loop on the right front pocket for a carabiner or haemostat. The shorts sit comfortably on the hip with a mid-rise waist and offer a relaxed, technical feel suited to both the trail and everyday wear.
