KASK Superplasma AQ Safety Helmet in black is developed for full-day use and combines solid protection with high comfort. The helmet shell is made of polypropylene with robust high-density polystyrene foam padding between the shell and the interior, providing effective impact absorption throughout the working day.

Ten air intakes with fine-mesh netting ensure maximum ventilation and keep the head cool, while the netting prevents the ingress of insects and foreign objects. The soft, padded interior in nylon is made from 2DRY quick-drying textile material with Sanitized® treatment, which counteracts unpleasant odours and increases comfort during prolonged use.

The interior is easily adjusted using a rear ratchet mechanism — even when wearing gloves — and can be regulated both in height and laterally for a perfect fit. The four-point chin strap is mounted directly to the helmet shell and releases automatically under a load of between 15 and 25 kg in accordance with the standard. An integrated lamp bracket is compatible with all lamps with a headband.

The helmet weighs just 390 grams, fits head circumferences of 51–63 cm, and is CE certified to EN 397 with additional requirements for lateral deformation, electrical insulation up to 440 V, and low temperatures down to -30 °C.
