Arc'teryx Aerios 5 Panel Cap is a lightweight and functional cap developed for fast days out in the mountains on sunny spring and summer days. It combines low weight with good durability and high comfort, offering effective sun protection without feeling heavy.

The cap is made from an airy, quick-drying 15D nylon fabric with a double weave, ensuring good ventilation and comfort even during high-intensity activity. The material is both durable and water-repellent, making it well suited to varied outdoor use.

At the back, an elastic cord adjuster makes it easy to fine-tune the fit, even on the move. An integrated front panel on the inside helps to transport moisture away from the skin, while the EVA foam brim provides shade for the face and retains its shape without adding unnecessary weight.

The cap is treated with odour-reducing technology (Silvadur™) for increased freshness during extended use, and is manufactured without PFAS chemicals.
