KASK Plasma AQ is a safety helmet developed for full-day use. The helmet shell is made of polypropylene (PP), with robust high-density polystyrene foam padding between the shell and the interior. The interior lining is soft and padded in nylon.

The helmet has 10 air intakes with fine-mesh netting to ensure maximum ventilation and prevent ingress. The interior lining is made from 2DRY quick-drying textile material with Sanitized treatment, which counteracts unpleasant odour and provides increased comfort. A rear ratchet adjustment makes it easy to fit the size, even with gloves on, and the interior lining can be adjusted both in height and sideways.

The helmet is supplied with a 4-point adjustable chin strap mounted to the helmet shell. The strap releases automatically under a load of between 15 and 25 kg in accordance with the standard. It is also equipped with a lamp bracket compatible with all lamps with a headband.
