Altra Experience Flow 3 is a versatile road shoe built for daily running, long outings and everyday use. The lightweight construction and soft cushioning make it comfortable from the very first kilometre, combining Altra's well-known wide toe box with a smooth and controlled transition through each stride.

The midsole is made from Altra's EGO P35 foam, which provides softness and good shock absorption without becoming overly unstable. The rocker geometry guides the foot through a natural roll-off, and the moderate 4 mm drop makes the shoe more accessible to runners accustomed to higher drop from other brands – while still retaining Altra's philosophy of a natural foot position.

The upper in breathable engineered mesh holds its shape well and offers good ventilation, and the updated heel collar sits comfortably against the Achilles tendon. The wide toe box (Standard FootShape) gives the toes room to move freely, and the outsole is reinforced with extra rubber in high-wear areas for improved durability and grip on both dry and wet surfaces.
