Portwest DX4 Hi-Vis Base Layer is a lightweight and breathable base layer in high-stretch nylon, developed for optimal temperature regulation and full freedom of movement during active work. The body-mapped design with raglan sleeves and four-way stretch provides an active, streamlined fit that stays in place throughout the working day.

HiVisTex Pro segmented reflective tape delivers good visibility in darkness and poor light conditions. The garment is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 after 50 washes. For use in the railway industry, the orange variant is approved in accordance with RIS 3279-TOM. The fabric is rated 40+ UPF and blocks 98% of UV rays.

With six pockets in total, storage options are excellent: two zipped side pockets, a zipped chest pocket, a detachable ID pocket and internal pockets for secure storage. A radio loop provides easy attachment for hands-free equipment. Thumb loops, elasticated cuffs and a curved back hem add extra comfort and protection.

The garment is CE certified and UKCA marked. Wash at a maximum of 40 °C, hang to dry, and suitable for up to 50 washes.
