Ustaoset is a small all-round knife that can be used for almost anything. The blade is short and particularly well suited when you want full control over the knife. It is relatively tall and flat-ground, with a fine sweep towards the tip, and has a thickness of 2.2 mm that gives a solid feel in use.

The handle is made from oiled masur birch and features a raised section in front of the blade that provides a secure grip for small to medium-sized hands. The short, sturdy blade makes the knife well suited for use with a fire steel.

The handle has a hole so that a cord can be attached, allowing the knife to be worn around the neck, on a rucksack, or on a belt loop. Ustaoset comes with a black sheath in ox leather with a safety insert and a decorative band in nickel silver.
