Brusletto Fiskern is a perfect fishing knife with a hollow-ground, thin, flexible blade that makes it well suited for filleting fish.

The handle is made of cork and Norwegian birch with rubber inserts between the layers. This provides a secure grip even when the knife is wet. The cork in the handle also ensures that the knife floats should you drop it in the water.

The blade is made of 14116 steel, which is exceptionally durable. At the rear of the handle there is a hole for a lanyard. The knife is supplied with a leather sheath and gift box.
