The Heat Company is an Austrian brand that has specialised in heat pads and cold-weather gloves for outdoor use, sport and professional work in demanding cold conditions since 1994. The brand has equipped expeditions and alpine tours, and its products have been used on Mount Everest, K2, Siberia, the South Pole and in Canada's northernmost regions. It is an official supplier to the Austrian ski team (ÖSV), Swiss Ski, the German snowboard team and the Canadian ski team.
Hand Warmers, Toe Warmers and insole warmers
The main products are Handwarmers and Hand Warmers XL – air-activated heat pads in a 9×5 cm format that provide warmth for up to 12 hours at approximately 40 °C. Toewarmers and Insole Foot Warmers keep feet warm for up to 8 hours. The heat is generated by iron powder oxidising on contact with oxygen, and the pads consist of activated carbon, iron, salt, water and vermiculite – 100% natural ingredients.
Heat 3 Smart gloves and Merino accessories
Heat 3 Smart is a range of multi-functional gloves originally developed for German and Austrian military units, featuring an integrated mitten shell that can be folded back for precision work, PrimaLoft Gold insulation and a touchscreen-compatible goatskin palm. The range also includes Merino Liner Pro and Heat Wraps. An excellent choice if you are involved in winter sports, mountain hiking, hunting or working in cold environments – and need reliable warmth in your hands and feet.
