Sarva – VJ Sport's spiked shoe series from Finland

Sarva is a series of winter running and trail running shoes from the Finnish shoe brand VJ Sport, based in the small town of Orivesi deep in the forests of central Finland. VJ is the result of decades of shoemaking craftsmanship and thousands of hours of product development to create the most technical running shoes for extreme conditions. Models for every type of use

The Sarva series consists of several different models: Sarva Ace is the most cushioned and comfortable spiked shoe in VJ's range, featuring a PerFOAMance midsole, waterproof upper, and 17 star-shaped carbon steel spikes that deliver superior grip in slippery conditions. Sarva Devil5 is a versatile spiked shoe for winter running, trail running and orienteering – lightweight, agile and fast, with a new wider toe box and durable reinforced nylon upper. Sarva XTER is a water-resistant multi-purpose shoe with a 4.5 mm deep lug pattern for running, hillwalking and everyday use.

Superior Contact outsole

At the heart of the Sarva series is the Superior Contact outsole, which combines a high-grip rubber compound with star-shaped metal spikes inspired by the automotive industry. The star shape delivers superior grip compared to round spikes – more edges biting into ice and snow. With PerFOAMance cushioning, a Fitlock system for a locked fit from the arch, and a waterproof upper, Sarva is a reliable shoe for the most demanding winter conditions.
