Arc'teryx Gamma Hoody Women's is a versatile and durable softshell jacket designed for active days across varied terrain and changing weather. It combines protection against wind and light precipitation with good breathability and stretch, making it well suited to everything from hiking and climbing to other outdoor activities.

The jacket is made from Wee Burly™ Double Weave, a robust and flexible softshell fabric with a brushed interior that provides light warmth and a comfortable feel against the skin. The outer fabric is wind- and water-resistant, and an FC0 DWR treatment helps keep moisture at bay. The fabric contains recycled fibres and offers UPF 50+ sun protection on the areas covered by the garment.

The helmet-compatible StormHood™ provides good coverage without restricting peripheral vision and can be adjusted to suit conditions. A high collar protects against wind, while elasticated cuffs help retain warmth. The extended back panel provides additional coverage, and adjustment at the hem allows cold draughts to be sealed out.

The close-fitting cut allows room for light layers underneath while following the body's movements. A full-length Vislon zip comes with a wind flap and chin guard, and the No Slip Zip™ construction helps prevent the zip from opening unintentionally.
